As part of the coastal risk awareness program developed in collaboration with the Basque Country Urban Community, we invite you to join us for this family-friendly activity on the coast.
Focusing on beaches, erosion, and adaptation to climate change, this creative arts and science workshop—"Rocky Shores / Sandy Shores"—BB offers a scientific exploration of sand as well as a creative interpretation of this material centered on “your ideal beach.”
Afterward, you’ll step into the shoes of the mayor of a town facing erosion and learn about the coastal management strategy implemented in towns along the Basque coast.
This activity is suitable for families or individuals, ages 6 and up, accompanied by an adult.
