Located to the left of the S.N.C.F. railway station forecourt, here is some practical information on how to take this train and get to San Sebastian / Donostia easily:

- departures every 3′ and 33′ of each hour (from 5.33am, 6.03am… to 10.33pm) from Monday to Friday.
- departures every 3′ and 33′ of every hour (from 7.03am, 7.33am… to 10.33pm) on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- tickets on sale exclusively at the venue (box office or automated ticketing system): no reservations possible.
- free for children under 6
- bicycles allowed.
- pets (on leash or in arms) accepted.
- accessible to people with reduced mobility.

In addition to the 35-minute drive to San Sebastian and the connection time, you’ll need another 2h30 to reach the capital of Vizcaya.
From “Amara” station, the E1 line (to Bilbao) departs every 50′ of every hour (from 5.50 a.m. to 7.50 p.m.).
