Film synopsis :
1937. Following the Spanish war, Karmele and his family cross the border to the Northern Basque Country and then to Paris.
While on the run, Karmele joins the resistance as a nurse, then joins the Basque cultural embassy, fighting the war by spreading her culture through dance and song.
But when she meets Txomin, her fight takes on a more secret form?
