Philippe Herbet est un photographe de la rue, de l’errance, de la rencontre et du merveilleux qui se dégage du quotidien. Très attiré par l’Orient et les fantômes, il mêle ses propres écrits à ses images. Dans cette exposition, il nous donne à voir des images de son dernier voyage, au Kirghizistan.
Ses photographies ont fait l’objet d’expositions en Belgique, en France, au Brésil, à Istanbul et ailleurs. Il a publié 9 monographies mêlant ses photographies et ses textes. En effet, il est également écrivain.
