Nuit Européenne des Chercheur.e.s à HENDAYE

For the second time, the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour is taking part in the European Researchers' Night. Initiated by the European Commission, this event for the general public takes place every year on the last Friday in September, just about everywhere in Europe.
The aim is to raise awareness of the profession of researcher and encourage scientific careers.
The public is invited to attend lectures, games and workshops offered throughout the evening, and to meet researchers away from the institutional setting, in an unusual venue.

5:00 pm - Lecture by Olivier Donnard (UPPA) "Cycles of metals and metalloids in the Anthropocene: interests and challenges".
6:30 pm to 10:30 pm - the Abbadia "château des chercheurs": fun and instructive evening: exhibition, scientific stand-up, science dating around manips'.
