Animation "Pavillon Bleu" - Que se passe-t-il sur les dunes de Sokoburu au printemps? à HENDAYE

The Bay of Txingudi is home to many rare, fragile and protected natural habitats.
Among these, the Sokoburu dunes are an invaluable example.
The commune of Hendaye has been working for several years to preserve this fragile habitat by implementing management measures designed to reconcile protection of the natural heritage with public use.

During the Fête de la Nature, follow our project managers along the trails that have been laid out along this preserved natural site, which has come back to life over the years.

Each season, you can observe the evolution of the dune vegetation and the fauna that lives there. From May onwards, the dune is a mosaic of colors as the flowers explode. Fragile, it is home to a unique flora.

We'll teach you how to recognize and respect these rare and endangered species.
