Espace culturel sur deux étages qui propose une salle d’exposition temporaire, ainsi qu’une salle de spectacle vivant tel que le théâtre, la danse, la musique. Un parking adapté est situé sur le secteur public à proximité de l'établissement. Le cheminement est sans rupture de niveau. Les 2 étages sont desservis par un ascenseur adapté ainsi qu'un escalier normé pour le handicap visuel. Le comptoir d’accueil est adapté aux PMR. 2 wc adaptés à chaque étage. La salle de spectacle permet de positionner 6 à 10 fauteuils sur le devant des gradins face à la scène qui est au même niveau sans estrade. Bonne signalétique directionnelle et d'information en très gros caractères et contrastée en couleur.
