Immerse yourself in the world of freediving with Planet Ocean, located in the heart of Txingudi Bay and within Decathlon Hendaye.
Also known as "freediving", it's an extraordinary underwater activity full of surprises, an atypical sport and leisure activity combining relaxation and underwater exploration... There are several freediving disciplines: static, dynamic and depth, itself divided into two categories: free immersion and constant weight. Accessible from the age of 12 (in the pool) or 15 (in the sea), it's a complete sport that demands a certain amount of self-control, listening to your body and constant work to improve your performance and therefore surpass yourself. Never tried freediving before? Then our Discover Freediving introduction is for you! We also offer training courses to enable you to become a professional freediver.
