? 12 km: this course is perfect for beginners wishing to discover swimrun or for athletes looking for a short, intense event. Accessible and fast-paced, it promises an enriching sporting experience in an exceptional natural setting.

? 20 km: an intense and captivating course, which plunges you into the heart of the spectacular landscapes of the Bay of Txingudi, between sea and mountains. Get ready for a demanding challenge in a unique natural setting, while experiencing the spirit of camaraderie and performance.
