An atypical route combining beach and mountain, nature and culture, with a visit to Abbadia Park and the Château-Observatoire.

> 19 km walk (+ 300 m ascent): departure between 7.15 and 7.30 a.m.
> Trail 21 km (+ 400 m): start at 9.30 a.m.
> Trail 10 km (+ 110 m - From age 15): start at 10:00 a.m.
