Beach
With 3.5 Km of fine sand, Hendaye’s gently sloping beach is one of the safest ones on the Basque Coast.
With water that reaches 24ºC in the height of summer, it is a privileged spot for families who seek plenty of space and safety. It is also a good choice for novice and seasoned surfers in search of sensations.
The beach attendants propose facilities such as tent and deckchair hire and beach clubs for children.

Hendaye invites you to enjoy our beach, which is cleaned and cared for daily.
Lifeguards are on duty from the 1st July to the 31th August, non-stop from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.:

- Twin Rocks : 0033.5.59.20.02.14.
